Demand-related conveying of granules with variable conveying capacity. As the dosing weight is individually adjustable at each slide, the operator can optimize the dwell time of the material in the machine, preventing cooling and moisture uptake.
When used in connection with coupling stations, the system ensures traceability between source and destination.
Function
The gate is mounted below the material hopper and replaces the conventional suction box with emptying valve and the quick discharge gate. If there is a material request signal from a hopper loader, the control system sends the required "material pack" to the hopper loader. The batch size can be adjusted by modifying the slide opening time or the filling settings. There is no need for level probes in the hopper loader.
